SSD To USB Adapter to Transfer Data

I believe my old Mac took a dump and I want to transfer the data over from the HD to my new computer but I am having a tough time finding the correct PCIe to USB adapter for it. Looking for someone to point me in the right direction.

If you wanna to transfer the data on the (RAW) hard drive as in the main /:C tray you will need to hook it straight into the motherboard. If that is not an option then you can look on sites like Amazon, New Egg, and Other sites that are trusted.
