Software Profile in iPad Pro

I have over 20 iPad Pros that I removed from Panera Bread when they upgraded their entire line of kiosks. Every one of them works and is in the box with chargers. However the software profile is password protected for Panera Bread and they will not share the password with me. I would like to delete the Panera Bread profile and donate these iPads to a local school. How do I wipe Panera Bread out of these iPads and get them to operate on line.

If Panera has them iCloud locked, you will have to ask them to remove it.
