Maybe your PS4 is not sending the required voltage through the USB port, try to use a smartphone charger on your controllers.

Hi!

If a smartphone charger (5V) is not working. Then try on another PS4. It’s weird that 2 brand new controllers are experiencing the same issues. And are you able to test with something like this: https://www.beboncool.com/wp-content/upl... ?

I don't think that trying another PS4 could work this far, the common components here which have a direct relation with the controllers are the cable and the PS4 USB port, I don't think a cable could harm the controller but the USB port can, overvoltage will easily damage the controller and in order to ignore that lead you need to mesure the USB output voltage.

If everything seems to be correct then you have to disassemble the controllers for further investigation, you should start by checking the battery.

I've tried that too, ussing my smartphone charger.
