My iPhone fell in water, the water damaged my battery at that time it was rebooting every minute and will not power off till the batter is low, when i changed the batter it started working normally, some few days later my front camera and upper speakers stop working i answer my calls only with earphones or on outer speaker

If it’s just a camera problem it would be a relatively easy repair. You can get some help from the following guide and find the relevant part in the iFixit store. If that wouldn’t solve the issue, it might be needed a logic board repair but there’s no way to tell what the problem is before trying out a known good part.
