Is this recoverable? (Broken Pads)

After laughing with my stupid mistake.. Can this nand be fixed?

This is an iPhone 7 128GB NAND Flash (phone was locked). I accidentally broke the pads while removing it. I also tried scratching the pads a bit, thinking that i could solder there (might have made things worse). However, testing with my multimeter for continuity.. every scratched pad, is now connected to each other.

The reason why i removed the nand is because i bought a U stick, and i was hoping of making a usb out of it

Depends on how much time you want to invest in this.

If you’re not trying to recover the data from the NAND, I would personally not pursue it, at least for commercial reasons. If it’s a personal project, then have at it and continue to learn.
