Supposedly fix by insurance but no idea what’s going on. HELP!

Got water damaged and insurance replaced a lot of parts now they have sent it back but still not working every time I click it flashed closed windows and then the pop back up when opening new windows. Anyone see this before I will pop a video on.

Looks like there is still liquid damage on the logic board. The area that’s effected is the GPU and/or its V-RAM.

I would send the vid on a flash drive so they can see its not fixed.

Time to send it back ;-{

Going to email them it now this is how they sent it back the second time claiming it’s been fixed. I have new for old insurance but they are reluctant to pay out.

Talk to a lawyer! See what they say.

Talk to your insurance agent first. They are separate from the claims people. The agent does not want trouble as it affects his reputation. The claims agent just wants out as cheap as possible.
