Options

Heavy Duty Suction Cup broke

I purchased the Heavy Duty Suction Cups (Product code: IF145-023-1) from ifixit.com and upon first use one of them broke. I didn't see a place to contact anyone for warranty or support so figured I would ask the question here.

All of your order paperwork, as well as your order confirmation, shipping, and check up emails sent should all have both email and phone contact information.

A quick phone call will get you replacements sent right out.
