Why is my ringtone volume not accessible?
I have gone to settings,also turned off and on my phone but ringtone volume is not accessible

What happens when you press the Volume Up button on the phone when the screen is on the Home menu and the phone is not in use on a call?
Do you get the volume slider appearing on the screen?
