Had a cracked screen, so replaced the lcd+digitizer combo.
Now the ipod is working fine except for unresponsive on the very right side of the screen.
Only notice when i use the keyboard... can't use the letter "p".
Have opened it again to verify if it's all connected and it all seems ok.
Any thoughts?

Sounds like a digitizer issue, especially since it is only a small area. My best guess would be to replace it again.

Replaced digitizer again and it now works. :)
A bit expensive repair though...
