Bottom right WiFi/Antenna cable?

I recently opened up my ipad mini 4 to replace the screen and in the process, tore an antenna in the bottom right corner.

Every time I search, “iPad mini 4 Wifi/Bluetooth antenna,” I only get results for the antenna in the bottom left (long cable with antenna on the end). I’ve tried replacing it but it did not solve the issue. Does anyone know about the antenna in the bottom right (short cable with antenna on the end) and where to find a replacement part?

If the switch is greyed out, it’s ALWAYS the chip.

What are my options? Are there shops that will replace the chip? or is the iPad totaled?
