Recovering photos from unresponsive iPhone 5s

My iphone 5s is suddenly unresponsive.

It turns on just fine, but doesn’t recognize screen touches.

I thought it was a screen problem at first and took it to a repair shop, but the guy told me that the problem was the motherboard and that the phone shouldn’t even be turned on

I logged in to icloud on pc to find out that somehow, the phone has a backup from yesterday, but the icloud photos didn’t have any of my photos from the phone.

I really need to recover the photos.

What should I do?

(The phone CONNECTS to iTunes, but I can’t process anything on the pc because I have to push the “allow access” button on the phone to enable access on the pc. And the phone doesn’t recognize the touch)

You just have one option here and would be getting your iPhone serviced by a professional into microsoldering who will probably manage to bring back the touch function in your phone. If you have no backups there’s nothing else you can do.
