How to read data from hard drive?

Hi, my Mac is water damaged and beyond repair so I am trying to buy a device so that I can attempt to read the data from the drive?

It is a Samsung mz-jpv2560/oa4 12+16 pin drive and I am struggling to find a compatible caddy/enclosure to purchase in the UK? Will a universal one for SATA/IDE 3.5’’ drives work?

I am really confused by it all!
