My iPhone 5s is dead and only stuck on dfu mode cant switch to recover

i tried to restore and update on itunes but fail during updating with code error 4005.So i decided to using 3utools and flash my iphone5s but fail at 12% with code error unable to switch to recovery mode.i tried so many tools but all fails because probably my iphone had hardware or motherboard problems.so what should i do?

It sounds like you have a nand problem. Reball the nand if you have the equipment and all should be good.
