Itunes Error 14 when trying to restore iPhone 4s (PLEASE Help)

Whenever I try to restore my iPhone 4s in Itunes, I get error 14. I tried restarting my computer and using different usb ports but nothing helped. Also, ever since I got the error for the first time, my iPhone has been stuck in recovery mode loop.

I tried using 3utools to flash the firmware. It failed during the "Writing filesystem" step. Please let me know how to fix this issue.

Error 14 usually means the nand is full. You should be able to restore it not update it. You could try and flash it with 3Utools and see what happens.

The only other step I would take is put it in DFU mode and try to restore with iTunes. Good luck.

I suspect your phone as a 4 is too old os for updated iTunes version. That it got stuck in safe mode is a good clue to that..not to worry you can get it back out manually. The first thing I would try is an APK older version of iTunes from uptodown.com (safe. I use then) matched off their list to your phones os version. U can keep both, just switch to that one to try it. Hope this works for you.
