Battery tape tore while replaceing battery

I was attempting to replace the battery in my AT&T iPhone 4 when I grabbed the tab/tape to lift the battery out the tab/tape tore now there nothing it get the battery out. Any Solutions?

You removed the one screw and carefully lifted the battery connector, right? On most iP4 the battery adhesive is along the side opposite the pull tab. Use spudgers and thin pry tools to carefully lift the battery out. Just carefully get it started and then it will come out easily.
