Error 1002 Can I get a new logic board

I have an iphone 3gs with a 1002 error. I can't restore the phone. On this site error code 1002 is said to be a problem with the logic board but I don't see that part available for sale. Is there a way to purchase a new 3gs logic board?

Try a DFU Mode Restore. With iPhone connected to iTunes, hold both Home and Power buttons for exactly 10 seconds, then let go of Power button keep holding Home button for about 20 more seconds until iTunes give message "iTunes Detected iPhone in Recovey Mode". iPhone screen must be completly black. If not black screen, then keep trying to get iPhone into DFU Mode. When in DFU mode restore iPhone.
