How to disable shortcuts?

I’m trying to disable the command-comma shortcut which opens finder preferences for whatever application i’m using. I want to disable it. I’ve already tried going to system preferences > keyboard> and i couldn’t find the shortcut to edit, but found plenty of others.

The shortcut should be in the Keyboard Control Panel in the tab settings Shortcuts clicking on the Keyboard section. If it is not in there it might not be disable-able
