I also can't find the rear glass. I called Google, and they mentioned there's a shortage. There are some at UBREAKIFIX, but they won't sell parts.
I sure hope Google isn't going down the path of Apple.

I just bought the back glass on eBay from Hong Kong for $47.00. Still more than i would have expected but finally some are hitting the market.
