Dead pixels? Advice wanted

Hi I recently purchased a macbook pro 2015 used and noticed some Marks on the display they almost feel like little scratches or small indentations on the screen and can be scratched at like a grain of sand they appear white with the screen off and black/grey with the screen on and I recently tried to clean them with a tiny bit of rubbing alcohol and now they've gone multicoloured any help/advice is welcome.

Do not use any chemicals on MacBook screens. The retina screens have anti glare coating on them that wear off over time causing the screen to look discoloured / worn out.

Only use a microfibre cloth damp with water to clean these screens
