All cameras won’t work after screen replacement

I have just replaced the screen on my iPhone ex after dropping it and now none of the cameras will work and nor will the face ID I have been watching heaps of videos on how to replace the screen and I have done exactly that but my cameras have gone black and face ID will not work

When your phone was broken was it still working or was the screen blacked out?

Only the bottom half worked but the cameras worked and so did Face ID

Options

Might just need to disconnect the camera connectors and reconnect them. Sometimes it needs that little reboot but after that if they don’t work they would need a new front assembly
