My ps4 turns on but then turns off after a click

When I attempt to turn on my console I have to tap the on button twice before the blue light shows, I've noticed the fan doesn't start as well. The console runs for a few seconds with the light fading on and off. After this I try to eject the disc in side, it beeps but nothing else seems to happen. Can anyone help me out with this please? Thanks

Options

Could be a bad power supply, bad components on the logic board or the main processor chip needs to be run under a reflow machine.

I would start with changing out the power supply first:

PlayStation 4 Power Supply Replacement

Before buying a power supply match either to the model of the console or the labeling under the power supply itself.
