Hi, my audio internal sound has fried. Do you sell the audio card with the audio jack?

Sadly the headphone jack and the audio logic are all part of the main logic board. So unless you have a plug stuck inside or the switches inside are damaged
You’ll need a new logic board MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Mid 2015 Logic Board Replacement
Your other option is to use an external USB DAC unit.
