Ear phones keep popping out phone jack

My earphones will only work if I hold them into the phone jack. I've tested the headphones (Apple Original came with iPhone) and checked the connector which is fine. Seems to be as if something is pushing the jack out but I've checked and the socket is clear. If I hold the jack in for a few minutes sometimes it will stop in on its own but there is clearly a problem. Using it since 2014 and was working perfectly fine, any ideas please. Thanks :(

1 there may be something(fluff) stick inside. Try to clean it with the toothpick as they are safer than any metal pointy thing. And clean it out the dust, fluff

2 if that won’t fix the issue you ll have to change the charging port flex cable

Damaged audio contact pin?

Sometimes, if the last pin is damaged, and bent outwards a bit, it can cause the headphones to not fit in right.

Double check if there’s anything in the headphones jack as well, and stick a papaerclip (CAREFULLY) into the end.

Good luck!
