Why is the disk disabled?

When I try to install macOS after we erased it and stuff I go into disk Utilities and I go to click the disk but it says it’s disabled

Sounds like it has been iCloud locked. Where did you get the computer from? Why did you erase it, what was going on with it? Try doing an internet restoration.
