I need help making My cooking fan quiter. So if u know anything plz let me know.

Laptop instructions: (make sure laptop is fully shutdown7
open up.
if dust is seen in heatsink or in fan, remove by blowing or brushing.
close up.
check performance (boot it up)

Are you asking about a kitchen exhaust fan or the fan in the laptop computer that is shown next to your question?
If it is a kitchen exhaust fan, what is the make and model number of the fan?
If you don't know the make and model number post a picture of the fan back here and hopefully someone may recognize the model and be able to help.
