Thermistor changed, cleared F-5 error, relay clicks but no microwave power, noticed a fuse inside, could that be the problem now? Don't have time to take the cover back off to check the fuse right now.

If i have the F-5 error code should I change out both the humidity sensor and the thermistor to be safe? anything else causing the F-5 error?
