Stuck on samsung screen (dont wanna lose my data)
Hi so my phone is stuck on the samsung screen but I dont want to reset it to a point that I lose my data like my photos etc. Please help?

Hi @Kadi,
There are some troubleshooting that you can try out.
- Start with a soft reset/Power cycle
- Try a battery pull
- Start out by playing with Safe Mode
- Try out recovery software if file lost did happen .
