I have the Ps4 Call Of Duty WWII Edition model cuh-2115b. It all the sudden will not read any disk. Games, dvd, or blue ray. When i put one in it say unrecognized disk. What is the problem?

Try rebuilding the PS4 database. Power off the system, hold the power button to boot it again until you hear a second beep. Plug in your controller through USB, and select option 5 (rebuild database).

I havent tried this yet but iam going to but i wantes to ask what does this exactly do?
Essentially checks system file integrity (which is probably the source of the problem), and runs a defrag on the internal HDD.

Haha..it def didnt take that long BUT it did not work. Still says unrecognized disc
Your next best options are probably to try cleaning the laser, resetting the ps4, and sending it in to sony if those don't work.
