Why is my paper not feeding?
The printer will pull in the paper for about an inch and then stop & continue printing…on no paper. When it pulls in a little it wrinkles on the right side.

try running maintenance onto your printer… just open microsoft word, then click on file, next, click on print, then on the left side of it click printer properties, another dialog box appears, then go to the maintenance tab and you will see bottom plate cleaning and rolling plate cleaning, let’s see if it will work

Make Shure that the paper is being picked up by the guise wheels. If not open it up and check for foreign objects or paper Jams stuck in the way of the paper. Something as small as 4 grains of rice, positioned in the right way can stop everything.
