I need repair of the Slingbox 500 and/or M2
Do you provide this service.
The 500 does not update the software and does not find my cable supplier.

iFixit does not do actual repairs. They attempt to provide guides and tools and some parts to help people repair their things themselves. This answers forum is manned by volunteers.
