Screen boots up and then goes to solid colors.

I see Android boot up screen fine but when it’s finished the entire screen is solid colors. Sometimes Grey sometimes Red. This covers entire screen so I can’t do anything at all. I can’t even do a reboot and install of the OS too. Unit has never been dropped.

Thanks!

are you able to access recovery mode for a factory reset?

Do you have data you want to recover from the phone? If so, you can try plugging the phone into a PC and seeing if you can get files off it that way. If the screen is fine during bootup, but becomes unusable after boot, you can try a factory reset through holding the power and volume buttons until you see a menu with options to factory reset. Be aware, however, that a factory reset WILL erase all data on the phone.

Did this happen after a drop? Is the glass on the screen cracked?
