PS4 shuts down by itself

Hi everybody, I’m having a weird issue with my ps4 and it’s been going on for over a year now: basically, what happens is my ps4 just shuts off randomly while playing, and, when I try to turn it on again, the ds4 light blinks blue for a few seconds and the playstation doesn’t start. I have to unplug it for a few minutes and then it usually works again, but it could be just for a few minutes or for few days. I brought it to a technician to solve the issue (it was already out of warranty) and they replaced both the HDD and the wifi/bluetooth driver (they also performed an internal cleaning). It worked fine for like 10 days and then it started having the same issue. Brought it back to them and they said it worked perfectly for them so there was nothing else they could do. It worked for another week or so and then started shutting off again. I’ve tried a different AC cable and a different plug but nothing changed. The console is never hot so I assume it’s not an overheating issue…what could it be??
