My iPhone 6 shows up a cooling before use message at normal temperature. At the beginning this can be solve by putting the iPhone into the fridge for short time. It is totally not work after this several times. I sent the iPhone to some repair stations to fix it but it still not work. What is the problem of my iPhone?

Are you saying that no part of your phone is hot to the touch when this message appears?

Yes! Even I put it into my pocket for a while will come up with the message.

Does the front, back camera and flashlight work fine or is one or more of them not working?

If that message appears when the phone is not noticeably hot it means that either the thermistor for rear camera (the component responsible for measuring the temperature for rear camera flashlight) has gone bad or a component near that thermistor is causing a short and is heating up that specific spot on the logic board a lot causing that high temperature warning to occur.

A reputable phone repair shop that does micro-soldering / board repairs that knows how to diagnose this specific issue should be able to fix it for you.

Can the phone run normally without the capacitors?? How can this possible??

by
