PS4 slim won't turn on, and it's not a power supply problem

I bought a ps4 slim almost 2yrs ago and I didn’t use it that much, it’s in perfect condition, but one day It just refused to turn on, I tried everything, no lights, no working fans, nothing

I contacted a specialist and he tried powering it with a working power supply but nothing changed, same problem

one thing I noticed, when I keep pushing the power button multiple times, sometimes it beeps, but nothing turns on as I said

what would be the problem? and is it possible to get it fixed?
