MacBook ram, cpu Upgrade

hello is there a way to change the cpu and ram on my MacBook , I saw that there is now a 16gb ram option and I would like to know if you could change my Ram to the 16gb option

These Macs are not upgradeble unfortunately, everything is soldered within the (tiny) logic board. The only option for an upgrade would be a full logic board replacement, but Apple won’t sell you one, you’d have to look for it on the second hand market.
