@tkdddd even so not a guide, use the teardown Google Pixel 3 XL Teardown to get an idea how to remove the display assembly. The only real issue here will be to find a replacement…..

I would ask Google this question first due to how new this phone is. You may be under warranty. Depending on what Google’s warranty covers, you may not have to spend a dime fixing your screen!
