Blue beep/wont turn on

Day 1: Turned on my ps4 i heard 3 beeps with the blue light. I solved it by taking out the hdmi cord and holding down the power button. A configure menu popped up and i restarted the system with the hdmi cord plugged back in. Worked fine.

Day 2: turned back on the system , same issue but the fix i used first didnt work this time. I unplugged the system full and the system still made 3 beeps with no blue light and even when unplugged. There is also a game disc inside and it wont eject from the console but button still mames a noise. Also the blue light shows up for a second then just goes away.
