Can you buy a replacement adaptor?

I believe we have lost the adaptor to the headset (wireless transmitter), i’m not exactly sure what it does (it’s my husband’s system). I am trying to find a replacement piece for it, its the part that plugs into the USB port. PLEASE HELP!

@mayer He/She might be referring to the wireless transmittor that broadcasts the audio from the PS4 to the headphones.
