Cleaning outside aluminum tower

My friend gave me an old G5 tower. It has significant rust stains. What is the best way to clean or polish such material?

My opinion on these products are that they are both very great products, I use the polish after I finish working on/repairing broken school MacBooks and iMacs. Makes them look like new! I have also used the spray paint on my 2008 Mac Pro and it worked great. Just in case you wanted an opinion from an actual user.
