Ear piece very quiet
Ear piece is very quiet. Speaker phone and Bluetooth volume are good. Replaced ear piece with new one from ifixit and it is still quiet.

Have you tried cleaning the black earpiece filter, the one that is on the screen? It’s very common for them to get blocked and clogged with dust / lint.
The best way to clean them is with a cotton swab damp with water and/or a very fine bristle brush to clean it. While these phones are water resistant, take care to use only a bit of water to clean it.
