Can Data Recovery is Possible from Empty Mac Trash Folder?
Is there any solutions to restore the deleted data back to the Mac hard drive? Please help me urgently!!!

If you have not write anything new onto your Mac hard drive, then it is still possible to recover the deleted files from the empty Mac trash folder.
There are 2-different solutions available to restore the lost data on Mac operating system.
Restore deleted files on Mac via Time Machine backup:-
In case, you have Time machine enabled for backing up the data on your Mac machine, then simply restore the data back to your Mac drive.
1.First, go to the Time Machine menu in the Mac’s menu bar and choose Enter Time Machine.
2. Now, swipe upwards with two fingers on your Mac’s trackpad or press the up arrow next to the Finder window that appears in order to navigate to a time before you deleted the file.
3. Once you have reached a backup from a time before you empty the trash folder of macOS, then click on the Finder window and navigate the Finder in the normal way until for further recovery of deleted files.
4. Finally, press the spacebar to get a free preview of lost files, and if it’s the one you want, click Restore. The file will now be restored to your current Finder and you’ll be able to open and edit it again on your Mac machine, i.e. MacBook Pro, iMac, Mac Mini etc.

You can recover deleted data from Empty Mac trash folder either using the help of some 3rd party Mac data recovery tools or using TimeMachine backup only. I know few data recovery utilities like TestDisk, T.S.L. Mac data recovery software, Recuva for data recovery purpose.
Also, @cole98me have already mentioned a very popular and well know Mac data recovery software application to restore the lost data from empty Mac trash folder.

Yes! Just don’t do anything for now on your system as soon as you do you risk loosing access to it!
Using a different system setup a bootable drive (if your system is using High Sierra with a SSD you’ll need to setup HS on the recovery drive as well) and you’ll need to buy a good recovery program like ProSoft - Data Rescue 5

This software is very time consuming since it was taking too much time to scan my Mac hard drive. I tried this software, but it didn't work for me.
The size of your drive and the amount of RAM will effect its speed. Big drives take more time and more RAM allow the app to hold more info.
This is one of the better ones (the one I use) and yes it can take some time scan the drive ;-{
