Everything seems to work except that the screen doesn’t turn on. Not even with a replacement screen. Any way to fix this without doing difficult soldering?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Did you forget to unplug the battery before doing the screen replacement?

Try shining a flashlight on the screen and see if you can see dim display which would mean the phone has a backlight issue, that requires board-level / microsoldering to repair.

Screen seems pitch black, even when shining a flashlight on it. It also doesn’t seem to respond to touch since I cant click the ‘allow’ prompt. The water damage stickers are all red, too. But everything works perfectly fine except the screen. I can probably trow the device away at this point right? Or is this fixable?

If the stickers are all red, sounds like the phone has liquid damage.

You can do a quick check by removing that black cover near the screen connectors. There's also one near the battery connector and charger port as well.
