Rear brake shoes replacement?

After replacing the rear brake shoes the drum will not g back on. What can I do to fix this problem?

Make sure that you adjusted the brakes all the way inward, it may be that your brake shoes are still extended and therefore bigger than the inside diameter of your brake drum. I attached 2 pages from the manual and that should help to determine what to do. good Luck.

Thank you Sir. Luckily rear drums really have not changed a lot, just the automatic adjusters are a bit of a pain at times.

Often times aftermarket shoes are thicker that original ones. Return the shoes for a higher quality version or have your drums machined to fit the shoes. I suggest the first option.
