The apps are backwords

When you replace a digitizer and put everything back together why are the apps backwords? Meaning if I hit the camera app, another app opens up?

just check you removed the plastic protective sleeve on the inside of the digitiser too.

Try a Hard Reset, Hold both Power and Home buttons at same time for about 15 seconds until iPhone restarts. If that doesn't work you could try to reseat Flex Cable #2, the Digitizer Flex. If that doesn't work you may have an incompatible or broken Digitizer. I guess you could always do a system restore in iTunes too. Good luck.
