White screen with grey lines

Screen is white with grey lines. The phone is responding to the phone calls and when is connected to the iTunes, you can see it. Have checked the screen and it is fine. Have done a hard reset and full restore did not help. Two days before that, when i connect to charge it, the message came up, saying that it is not supporting, but did charge ok. My 6 month son put the iPhone to his mouth, i think that were the problem started. Please help. What part to replace?

First step is to carefully clean the dock with isopropyll alcohol for a minute or two, let it dry completely, 20 seconds. Restart iPhone, I doubt this will help LCD but you never know, but dock definitely needs to be cleaned. If LCD problems persist, my best guess is that the LCD or its Logic Board Controller shorted. So I would replace the LCD. When working with a 3GS make sure it is OFF during all repairs. Good luck.

The working LCD has been changed from my wife's iPhone to try it on and is the same problem persist, so it is not the LCD issue.
