Can i Build an Display from an Macbook Pro Retina 15” 2012 into an Macbook Pro Retina 15” Late 2013, if I don’t need the camera?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

No. The parts are different for the Late 2013

But after looking closely at both, it may well be possible.

Hi I just did it and it works fine. Of course no camera, but everything else works. So if you don’t need the camera you just can use an Display of an 2012 Retina model into an Macbook Pro 15” Retina Late 2013
