Forgot screen lock code NO PC or ITUNES

I was giving a iPhone 5s and the only i set up was an fingerprint lock and my apple ID . Unfortunately I dnt remember the 8 digit screen code I Created n someone disabled the fingerprint and devicenow I cant get in the phone nor I do i own or have access to a pc at all n i didnt do a backup or sync to itunes so is any other way i can erase n reset the phone by itself n jus start new. Of if nt is there a way i can get it remotely done from a 6s' i dont avt restore or recovery i jus wanna start fresh

iphones are designed to be used with your PC. unfortunately you need a PC with itunes in it.

if you do not have one, you can take it to a local repair shop, and they will be able to reset the device, which will lock it to your apple account. from there you can put in your apple ID password, and it will reboot into a factory default mode.

Okay wat if i knw my Apple ID info can i fix it thru there or how pressing the power n home keys or volume up or down button. I dont care abt restoring it CV ause it wasnt nothinf on it yet i didn't even syncto itunes or icloud yet

all of the processes for bypassing it are computer based. the phone absoultely needs access to a PC to receive its full potential.
