Mac powered off randomly and wont turn on?

So about a week ago my 2016 Macbook Pro (with touchbar) had wine spilled all over it and I was unaware of it for a few hours. It spilled on the outside and not the inside. It's been cleaned thoroughly with 99% isopropyl alcohol since that accident and has been powered on and running smoothly for a few days. Now today I was using my laptop very minimally and it randomly shut off for a few hours. I've tried the Shift option command combination when rebooting and nothing will turn it back on. its not showing any signs of life or anything.

Yikes, You need to take it to a place that specializes in water damage. It's most likely a shorted internal component.

You did not say if it was the 13” or 15”, please do.

Most likely you have shorted out the keyboard and will need to replace the upper case.
