Too many usb devices connected

I'm having a problem on my PS4 Slim one day i turned on my console but i was not able to pair my ps4 controller so i tried connecting my controller with the usb cable on the 2 ports from the ps4 but no success too, i've also tried to go in safe mode but it's not recognizing my controller to try and select the option rebuild my database. What can i do ?
