I took apart as it wouldn't even turn on, now turns on, gets texts, access wifi, but can not receive or make phone calls. It just says it is dialing with no noise then it stops trying and goes back to call list and has call listed as unconnected.
Is this a good question?
What is Sumsung doing about this problem?

I haven't called Samsung but posted here to see who knows what inside the phone may need to be replaced---cell antennae? SIM card? motherboard-although I don't think it is a motherboard issue as everything works except calls. I will contact my provider today and if they can resolve issue-perhaps new SIM card or something else. If not then I will contact Samsung.
